Word Resounds Today
This Privacy Policy describes how the WRT-Analytics-Youtube application ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when authorized administrators of Word Resounds Today (WRT) YouTube channels use it to monitor channel performance.
The App is operated by Word Resounds Today (WRT) for internal use by its own staff and authorized channel administrators. Contact: timothyvels@wrtoday.org.
When a channel administrator authorizes the App through Google OAuth, the App requests read-only access to the following Google APIs:
The App accesses only the channels for which an administrator has explicitly granted access. The App does not read private user data such as watch history, personal email, or contacts.
The App stores, in a private Cloudflare D1 database accessible only to WRT staff:
We do not store user passwords. We do not store data from any Google account other than the YouTube channels explicitly authorized by their administrators.
The data is used solely to display analytics dashboards to authorized WRT staff so they can evaluate channel performance and ministry impact. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any third-party purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party. Data remains within WRT's private infrastructure (Cloudflare). Aggregated dashboards are accessible only via authenticated WRT URLs.
Analytics data is retained for as long as the channel remains authorized. If you revoke access via your Google Account permissions page, the App will no longer fetch new data. Existing stored statistics may be retained for historical reporting unless you request deletion.
You can revoke this app's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of stored data for your channel, email timothyvels@wrtoday.org.
OAuth refresh tokens and analytics data are stored in Cloudflare D1 with access restricted to WRT-administered Cloudflare accounts. Communication uses HTTPS in transit.
This App is an internal analytics tool. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13.
The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this data to third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except (a) with explicit consent from the channel administrator, (b) for security purposes, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data is aggregated and used for internal operations only.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
